Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Ray received his BFA in acting from Otterbein College in Columbus, Ohio. He is most known for playing the character of "Sean", Miley Cirus' energetic dancer on 'Hannah Montana.' An active dancer, writer, actor and choreographer Ray continuously tours the U.S. with his one-man show entitled 'Authority to Inspire.'
