Rick Wallace was born on 12 February 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is a producer and director, known for L.A. Law (1986), Hill Street Blues (1981) and The Pretender (1996). He has been married to Lillian D'Arc since 4 January 1994. They have three children.
